Please consider carefully when purchasing a product online and act responsible when returningit. We always want you to be completely satisfied with your Robuust item. So, if you want to return or exchange an article you can do this within 30 days after delivery, at own expense.
The return of an article is only possible when the article:
- Is in undamaged state
- Is not used
How to request a return?
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com, informing us about your reason of return or exchange. Do not forget to add the following information:
- Your order number
- Your name

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Exchange custom made orders
All custom made orders are final, unfortunately no exchanges or refunds are possible. Nevertheless, we always want you to be completely satisfied with your Robuust item so we can always discuss other options.
