Shipping

Shipping Shelves

The delivery time of Shelf °01 is less than one week when it's in stock. When your product is ready, we ship it to you via parcel delivery.

Shipping costs:

NL & BE - free shipping
Western Europe - €9,95
Rest of Europe - €14,95
Rest of World - €24,95

Shipping Bedframes

Your bedframe will be delivered within 6 weeks maximum. When your product is ready, our logistic partner JPHaarlem will make an appointment with you for delivery. 

The price includes delivery to the front door in the Netherlands. There's an additional charge for delivery to the Wadden Islands. The costs for extra services (eg moving lift) are for your own account. We also offer a home installation service in The Netherlands, this can be added during checkout.

Outside the Netherlands we charge shipping costs which differ per country, calculated during checkout.

Refund & Return

General return & refund information

Please consider carefully when purchasing a product online and act responsible when returning it. We always want you to be completely satisfied with your Robuust item. So, if you want to return or exchange an article you can do this within 14 days after payment, at own expense.

The return of an article is only possible when the article:
-is in undamaged state
-is not used

How to return your order?

To start a return, you can contact us at order@robuustamsterdam.nl, informing us about your reason of return or exchange. Do not forget to add the following information:
- Your order number
- Your name

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
 

How to refund

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchange custom made orders
All custom made orders are final, unfortunately no exchanges or refunds are possible. Nevertheless, we always want you to be completely satisfied with your Robuust item so we can always discuss other options.
